Successful candidate must provide responsible, quality administrative support to the General Manager and her groups. This job requires highly organized individual with superb written and verbal communication skills and commitment to customer satisfaction. - At least 6 year's Administrative experience desired supporting general managers and their staff members. - Coordinate multiple concurrent requests requiring exceptional organization and follow up skills and the ability to independently problem-solve and escalate issues to resolution. - Maintain department organization charts and phone lists distribute mail manage and attend department and staff meetings and capture AR's as needed. Candidate will maintain the agenda for both meetings. - Demonstrate experience in problem solving, decision making, initiative and independent follow-up, ability to multitask in a fast changing environment, and have excellent understanding of Intel's policies and procedures. - It is essential that the candidate exhibits strong organization/project management skills, along with the ability to manage a large quantity of diverse responsibilities, including calendar management, travel arrangements, expense reports, etc. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite- excellent Outlook skills. - Be efficient in booking domestic/international travel - Knowledge of Intel process/tools- purchasing, hiring, planning is helpful - Excellent communication skills with all levels of employees and management. - Solid leadership and teamwork skills - Must be a team player who will support project assignments from the organization's administrative team and from the department. - Must be able to accomplish flawless execution with limited supervision and direction in a fast paced environment and switch gears quickly and effectively. - Must comply with all required training, both organizational and corporate The ideal candidate should exhibit behavioral traits that indicate: - Strong customer orientation and an interactive team player - Strong verbal and written communication skills and an ability to handle multiple priorities - Sound judgment and decision making ability in resolving complex problems - Professional ability to manage sensitive and confidential information discretely - Self-motivated to meet deadlines independently -Understands goals and pressure of department and anticipates/initiates action, prioritizes tasks to meet deadlines, assumes ownership of department initiatives, ability to anticipate needs, and effective teamwork.

IT is also responsible for e-Commerce development, data hosting and delivery of Web content and services.
