Job assignments are usually for the summer or for short periods during breaks from school.  The Quality and Reliability division of Intel's Perceptual Computing and UAV Drone is looking to fill the position of a Product / Solution Q&R intern. In this role, the successful intern will be a key member of a team with designers, software, validation, and other QREs to work on products for the next generation. You will work with Quality and Reliability Engineers to help define and validate the quality and reliability goals for features, assess the performance, as well as perform DOEs to assess stress, stability, and manufacturability.

Responsabilities may include, but are not limited to:

  •  Environmental stress analysis
  •  Any required debug at the board and/or system level.

The ideal candidate will exbhit the following behavioral traits:

  • Able to work well in a team setting with people from a wide range of backgrounds.
  • Written and spoken communication skills
  • A demonstrated strength in technical and analytical problem solving.

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your school work/classes/research and/or relevant previous job and/or internship experiences

Minimum Qualifications:
- The candidate must be pursuing a MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Python, C++, Visual Studio/ Android Studio, OS; Linux, Ubuntu, Android M.
- Experience in system level de-bugging.
- Experience in statistics, statistical analysis/ design of experiments
