Sr. Administrative Partner

Job Description

This is the role of Sr. Administrative Partner, supporting Intel's Team Dell, field sales in Austin, TX.How Will You Make An Impact? The Senior Administrative Partner supports Intel's Dell account Sales Team. It's a fast paced environment where results depend on moving with speed and precision. The Senior Administration Partner will be a key conductor in the teams operations. Responsibilities include: - Optimize calendar and schedule domestic and international travel - Masterful meeting organization, logistics and management - Effective Communication both internally and externally with partners and customers- Expense budgeting, spending and reporting - Creates exceptional correspondence, presentations and spreadsheets - Executes critical special projects as needed to support the organizations operational and business priorities - Meeting & Event Coordination and support including catering and conference room set-up - Office Management including ordering and stocking supplies- Motivates the team by managing collaboration platforms and the organizations recognition program - Expert resource for the organization on IT tools and company policies and procedures


Qualifications

Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.5+ years managing Mid-level/Senior management in a fast-paced, complex environment.

Additional Requirements: The most successful Administrative Partners: - Have experience supporting sales managers in a fast-paced environment - Set a positive tone by exemplifying customer service - Have a strong sense of pride and ownership for their role - Demonstrate flexibility, adaptability, exceptional communication, professionalism and trustworthiness - Are productivity, tool and efficiency experts - Understand the organizations business, objectives and customers and proactively finds creative ways to help the leader and organization be successful - Identify and proactively solve problems - Make decisions and take action- Cultivate rich personal networks that are a source of knowledge and a resource for getting results Exceptional communication skills and an ability to independently handle multiple priorities. Expert at Microsoft Office and Collaboration Tools ex. Sharepoint Professional ability to manage sensitive and confidential information discretely. Self-motivated & proactive.
