Come join our Circuits Research Lab team as a Graduate Technical Intern. The candidate will perform fundamental circuit research into energy-efficient design in scaled process nodes including investigation of advanced logic, memory, resiliency, voltage regulation, and power-management circuit techniques. The candidate will perform detailed circuit analysis using standard CAD tools and flows, as well as develop analytical models to evaluate the impact of process, voltage, temperature, and aging variations on the power, performance, and area of alternate circuit design options. You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your school work/classes/research and/or relevant previous job and/or internship experiences.

- Must be pursuing a Ph.D in Electrical or Computer Engineering
- 6+ months of experience with Mixed-Signal Circuit Design
- 6+ months of experience with Standard CAD tools for circuit simulation and design.
