Learn to plan and execute the most effective approach to identify and win the talent while playing a key role on the hiring team. Along the way, you'll make the most of your contributions by influencing the approach and enhancing the process with your peers and the business you support. Generate and explore new ideas and creative solutions to problems while meeting talent deliverables in an efficient way.Build invaluable experience with cutting edge technologies that will enhance your skills.** This is a 6 month contract position with a possibility to extend up to 24 months**


Qualifications

To do all this, we need a minimum of a Bachelor's degree with 1 year of experience in staffing or equivalent, recruiting or sourcing experience is preferred.
Additional Qualifications:
Exposure to various active and passive sourcing channels including social media to generate qualified candidates.
Demonstrated ability to gain Industry knowledge quickly to understand the market, competitors and the talent landscape.
Have the ability to reach out into the external market to effectively identify, attract and interact with passive candidates.
Possess hands on experience in the hiring life cycle including staffing processes and tools.
