- Bachelor's degree required, Masters preferred Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, or Computational Linguistics a plus- 8+ years of software experience- 5+ years of product management experience- Working knowledge of concepts in machine learning, data science, and/or artificial intelligence- Demonstrated ability to deliver and stay focused in a fast-paced environment.- Deep experience with product management practices- Passionate about new product development- Ability to cheerfully perform under pressure, prioritizing activities and managing multiple tracks simultaneously- Able to forecast the approximate benefit of a project, measure benefit once projects are launched, and factor learnings into their future prioritization and forecasts- Ability to appreciate great design and be able to distinguish it from good design- Can understand the technical complexity of the features they put on the backlog, without any costing input from devs- Experience shipping software using agile methods and tools- Ability to influence management, negotiate win-win solutions and work effectively in a highly-matrixed environment.- Excellent verbal / written communication and analytical skills and the ability to work well within a diverse, geographically distributed, multi-cultural environment.- Strong problem solving abilities - the ability to ramp up quickly on a concept or problem, recommend possible solutions and communicate solutions to business and technical audiences.- Ability to travel to other Intel international and within USA and customer sites when required.
