Job Description
DESCRIPTION OF FUNCTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES: About this position...As the Americas Sales Learning Transformation Consultant, you will be a key player in a global organization tasked with driving to the future state of sales learning at Intel Security - America Region.. This role will report directly to Intel Security Global Sales Learning & Development Manager.Build close relationships and trust with principle business and functional stakeholders and global Sales Learning and Development teamConduct formal Learning Performance gap & TNA training needs assessment analysisDeliver Intel Security Group in-house sales training programsDefine learning objectives to support business performance improvementDevelop comprehensive performance based training programs to include IDP and target top performing sales reps.Coordinate instructional designers and other development and delivery resources as necessaryCreate metrics and manage performance impact measurement process for learning programs and activitiesCoordinate, Deliver and Manage learning solutionsCross-functional collaboration with other business and regional HR and Learning resources Delivery of training materials, class exercises, discussions for Intel Security Group solutions, products, processes, procedures and methodologies.Facilitate On-Boarding Program for New HiresConfiguration and preparation of classroomAssessment of student participation, performance, and classroom behaviorProvide feedback and assistance to sales reps as neededProvide feedback to managers on new hires strengths and weaknessesWork with management and fellow peers to assist in new business sales processes. Assist in the continuing development and improvement of the sales career track.Travel up to 60% during peak training periods


Qualifications

5+ years of Learning & Development practical experience Experience in the appropriate industry/business background, including proven experience relevant to functional assignment e.g., sales, development of content, measurements, deliveryProven training facilitation skillsStrong project management skillsSuccessful business experience in training, sales, event planning, project managementSuccessful managing multiple projects and activities simultaneouslyQualifications:You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Qualifications listed as preferred or additional will be considered a plus factor for applicantsQUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree + 9 years of directly related experience in sales training, learning and development in a large corporate environment. Bilingual Spanish and/or Portuguese -PreferredAdditional / Preferred Qualifications:You should have at least 9 years of experience in the following areas:Working in a coaching capacity Successful experience training sales teamsSales methodologies knowledgeResults oriented utilizing metricsExperience working with senior executives and sales professionals cross functionallyExperience in the IT security IndustryCertifications - CPLP, MBTI, DISC, Hogan's, Strengths-Finders, ADDIE, PMP, COLF, CPTM, CSRAE
