TMG Customer Contracts Manager

Job Description
Responsible for coordinating TMG level responses to customer supply chain contract requirements as Intel enters new markets. Provide Intel BU's with guard rails and escalation processes for services provided by TMG. Proactively identify the competitive requirements needed in the new markets and industries Intel enters and identify the impact to TMG processes and policies. Drive proactive plans and strategies to ensure fast and nimble responses that help our Business Units grow their businesses while understanding costs and implications to their business models. Will work directly with SMG & BU partners to summarize, roadmaps, program activities, market competitive realities and action plans into simple easy to understand communications that translates business strategies to supply chain actions and investments that mobilize action across Intel. The ideal candidate should exhibit the following behavioral traits:- Excellent leadership and organizational skills to lead large x-organizational action.- Strong executive engagement skills to distill disparate and highly complex information into clear and impactful communication- Ability to negotiate to win/win results at executive levels.- Strong understanding of supply chain concepts and industry trends- Creative and innovative in approach to analysis & problem solving- Able to execute with urgency, to ensure timely decisions based on insights- Excellent people skills and a collaborative approach to driving results and gaining influence- Ability to deal with ambiguity and embrace change


Qualifications

Qualifications:- MBA- Supply chain, operations or engineering degree
