Expense Management Business Analyst

Job Description
McAfee is in need of an energized and passionate Expense Program Business Analyst, who will play a critical role supporting the complex Expense Management and Reimbursement Program.Responsibilities:Supporting operational administration for the Expense Program - i.e. making paymentsManage L2 related payment escalationsBecome a subject matter expert on the TC&E policies, processes and operational deliveryPartner closely with suppliers expense tool and banking , employees and program manager to support the management of the paymentsPerforming on-going analysis of current Expense processes, systems and configurations for improvement opportunitiesRecommending, developing and implementing short and long term solutions to complex issues and managing and/or supporting global Expense projectsResponsible for general program and operational management, ensuring the program remains compliant with methodologies and tools driven across the wider Finance, Procurement and Shared Services organizationSupport receipt management locally


Qualifications

QualificationsEducation: Bachelor degree studies in business administration, human resources, finance or a related field and a minimum of four years' applicable work experience Required Skills:Advanced analytical and problem solving skills and root cause analysis Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Self-motivated, highly developed organizational skills Ability to prioritize workload, be comfortable with ambiguous situations and adapt quickly to change Efficient at working both independently and as part of a team Some project management skills / knowledge of LEAN, PLC and LSS Excellent presentation and written communication skills Experience working in a global organization across multiple time zones
