Description:Are you interested in being an essential contributor to driving the Computing Client Group's key imperatives with our LARGEST consumption revenue generating Retailer? As a Retail Sales Manager RSM calling on Best Buy, you will have the opportunity to work closely with all levels of account management within CCG, PC OEM's, Microsoft and Alphabet driving the sell-in and sell-through of Intel-based products. Best Buy is integral to the success of many of our strategic initiative and is currently the world's largest volume supplier of 2in1's. Wait! There is more! The strategic partnership with Best Buy is very extensive, we're already engaged in a number of exciting new growth categories such as PC gaming, VR, Wearables, Connected Home, and Premium AIO's. Best Buy and Intel have a long history of launching innovative features into a myriad of computing platforms. Looking beyond the CPU, as a Best Buy RSM you'll be influential in establishing Optane, Thunderbolt, and a number of other Intel & partner technologies into computing platforms in an effort to accelerate PC refresh. A successful candidate will be able to work as part of a team. The RSM will work closely with the Best Buy Team Retail Marketing Manager RMM to scope the funding and co-marketing strategies necessary to drive the desired business results. There is also a need to coordinate category support, CSI program administration and retail associate training with the other Best Buy Team RSM.Additionally, the Retail Sales Manager RSM will have primary responsibility for administering Intel's Consumer Sales Incentive program and will work in partnership with Intel's Sales & Strategy Team to ensure Intel's investments are aligned to Intel legal and ROI guidelines. The CSI program is a cyclical funding program intended to support retailers marketing and sales of iA based systems to end users in the US and to meet competitive conditions. A successful candidate will possess outstanding time-management skills and be detail-oriented - as to successfully deliver real-time retail sales trend information including: sales volumes, competitive threats, cycle transitions, inventory positions, and retailer business performance. Teamwork and collaboration are a must, as it is expected that this role will work closely with other members of the sales teams, our business units, verticals, executives, and our fellow travelers to focus all available resources to achieve Intel objectives.

Experience Required:Bachelor of Science degree and/or a Bachelor of Arts degree preferably a technical degree in Computer Science or Engineering, and/or an M.B.A. with more than five years of direct experience in selling to senior management. More than five years of retail and/or account management experience and a strong demonstrated aptitude for sales and executive influence will be an alternative qualification in place of direct sales experience to senior management.Additional qualifications include:- Highly self-motivated and willingness to work on incentive-based performance measurement system.- Good understanding of and/or ability to clearly articulate Intel Architecture and programs. - Effective presentation skills, business maturity and professional presence in front of a variety of audiences. - Thorough understanding of retail industry trends and product directions, including competition, economic conditions, product growth areas and future consumer needs. - Strong negotiating skills - Previous field sales and account management skills preferred.
