Sr. Admin - NSG World Wide Manufacturing

Job Description

Intel's Non-Volatile Memory Solutions Group NSG is seeking an experienced, organized, and focused individual to provide high quality senior administrative support to Keyvan Esfarjani, NSG's VP of World Wide Manufacturing, and his geographically dispersed team. The successful candidate requires in-depth knowledge of company operations, policies, and procedures and must be capable of handling details of a highly confidential nature. The individual must be proactive, with a high level of initiative, have the ability to anticipate next steps and be a strong communicator both verbally and in writing. Strong attention to detail is a must with the ability to prioritize and multi-task. Typical duties may include, but are not limited to, the following: Organizes and manages team calendars, handles domestic and international travel schedule and arrangements; Schedules and coordinates the logistics for meetings in different geographies and time zones: Creates and sustains systems for confidential information retention, protection, retrieval, transfer and disposal;  Manages office related tasks such as office supply and CPC ordering, department level recognition, office moves and space coordination; Serves as an information resource/communication channel for policies and procedures and, is a resource for office related software applications; Positive energy, enthusiasm and critical thinking are important for success in this role. The candidate should have experience directly interacting with executives, and proactively adapting to the dynamic nature of their critical needs with a professional demeanor. The ideal candidate will have wide-ranging experience, use professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways. The candidate will be expected to work closely with other Administrators at Intel, and Partner companies, to help facilitate timely and accurate communications. Strong capability working with all Microsoft tools, proficiency with the Intel HR and finance systems is desired. Candidate is also expected to take on project work from time to time.


Qualifications

Qualifications:
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Additional qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Minimum Qualifications:5+ years of experience in the following areas:- Administrative positions. ePurchasing, Shipping Memo, travel tools, etc., and MS Suite products Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Lync, and Outlook. - Ability to manage calendars, perform complex travel and meeting coordination - Experience booking international travel, and demonstrated excellence in event planning and coordination.
The ideal candidate should exhibit behavioral traits that indicate they: - Have the ability to build strong relationships within/outside the department to effectively support the organization, with strong verbal/written communication skills for all levels of employees and management, - Possess a strong customer service orientation, use judgment/discretion in handling confidential information - Excel in a multi-tasking, dynamic environment with a high volume of requests, - Are comfortable working with rapidly changing priorities and deadlines, while handling multiple interruptions and maintaining a high attention to detail, - Show sound judgment and decision making ability in resolving complex problems, - Display a professional ability to manage sensitive and confidential information discretely, and - Are self-motivated to meet deadlines independently with minimal supervision and direction.
The ideal candidate should exhibit behavioral traits that indicate they: - Have the ability to build strong relationships within/outside the department to effectively support the organization, with strong verbal/written communication skills for all levels of employees and management, - Possess a strong customer service orientation, use judgment/discretion in handling confidential information  - Excel in a multi-tasking, dynamic environment with a high volume of requests, - Are comfortable working with rapidly changing priorities and deadlines, while handling multiple interruptions and maintaining a high attention to detail, - Show sound judgment and decision making ability in resolving complex problems, - Display a professional ability to manage sensitive and confidential information discretely, and - Are self-motivated to meet deadlines independently with minimal supervision and direction. 
Have an excellent understanding of Intel's policies is a plus.
