As part of the Corporate Services Projects and Solutions Team at Intel, you will join an elite group that designs and deploys high-profile projects to improve office and facility operations, improve employee services, and drive change. This team is also charged with providing comprehensive communications and marketing services to all Intel employees.As an administrative assistant, you will perform various administrative and project-related activities in support of an individual and/or group varying in size. Typical duties may include but are not limited to the following: Drafts, composes, types, and proofs correspondence using current office software applications creates and sustains systems for retention, protection, retrieval, transfer and disposal of confidential information schedules and coordinates logistics for meetings and events organizes and manages calendar schedules for manager and/or department makes travel arrangements and prepares expense reports maintains office supplies manages departmental recognition, tracks headcount and spending serves as an information resource/communication channel for policies and procedures and is a resource for office related software applications. Duties may also include execution of research, data analysis, and preparing reports/recommendations. Copies, collates, sorts and distributes materials. Assignments are complex and diversified in nature.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess 5 years experience supporting senior management
- Applicants must have the legal right to work in the US without sponsorship

Additional Qualifications:
- Demonstrated progressively responsible administrative experience
- Demonstrated organization skills with attention to detail
- Judgment and decision making ability is required in resolving moderately complex problems - Able to focus on accuracy and quality, able to self-manage and function with minimal supervision in a fast-paced and an interrupt-driven environment while meeting deadlines
- Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office tools.
