New Hire Onboarding Program Manager

Job Description

The New Hire Onboarding Program Manager provides onboarding support by guiding Recruiters, Hiring Managers and new employees through the onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for building and implementing global onboarding processes, to include Executive onboarding
  • Facilitates a seamless new hire onboarding experience for new and existing candidates
  • Act as a key contact for all matters related to onboarding and monitors progress
  • Works with business group, as necessary, to coordinate on-boarding efforts.
  • Communicates new hire welcome details
  • Provides continual professional contact with the new hire on instruction for onboarding requirements
  • Acts as a resource for new employee questions
  • Works closely with Talent and HR organizations
  • Manages electronic new hire onboarding system
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of employees
  • Ability to develop, implement, and execute program
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive data
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Significant attention to detail required
  • Must demonstrate ability to work in a team environment, while excelling as a self-starter
  • Demonstrated client service skills, including interfacing with key Executives
  • Displays professionalism through sound judgment, initiative, and flexibility
  • Metric focused
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and provide detailed documentation / follow ups
  • Works effectively under stress
  • Bachelor's Degree in HR or business preferred
