Reliability Stress Labs Development Graduate Intern

Job Description

Come intern with Intel's CQN Corporate Quality Network reliability stress lab. Your responsibilities will consist of measurement and analysis of semiconductor devices, developing new types of measurements, and the development of systems to extract and store test data. Intern will be responsible for data collection, analysis, model formulation, and communicating results based on a 3 month summer project.

The ideal candidate should exhibit the following behavioral traits:

Qualifications

Your responsibilities will consist of measurement and analysis of semiconductor devices, developing new types of measurements, and the development of systems to extract and store test data. Intern will be responsible for data collection, analysis, model formulation, and communicating results based on a 3 month summer project.

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your school work/classes/research and/or relevant previous job and/or internship experiences.

Minimum Qualifications:
• Must be pursuing a PhD degree in Electrical engineering, Materials Science, or similar degree.
• Minimum of 6 months of experience with test and measurement electronics laboratory.
• Minimum of 6 months of experience with semiconductor materials and device characterization.
• Minimum of 6 months of experience with MOSFET reliability and strong background in semiconductor device physics.
• Minimum of 6 months of experience with electronic test and measurement systems with hands on work in a laboratory setting, ideally applied towards semiconductor characterization with understanding of instrumentation systems for test and measurement and relevant software integration.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with programming in Labview, SQL, Matlab, and C.
• Excellent listening, written and verbal communication skills for requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement.
