Professional Services Consultant

Job Description
This is a commissioned position. Develops and delivers detailed IT solutions through consulting project activities. Responsibilities include client identification through final invoicing for engagements requiring varied interpersonal and technical skills. Technical responsibilities include problem identification, system architecture definition, hardware/software specification and/or design, implementation, testing, client training, and solution deployment. Performance is typically evaluated based on utilization, i.e., billable hours. Project management activities include interaction with company and client managers and cost/schedule monitoring. May have some financial responsibilities including project cost estimating, proposal generation, and invoicing. May participate in sales and proposal presentations in addition to completing ongoing team account activities. Identifies additional product/services opportunities in customer organization. Performance is typically measured by the capture of the consulting engagement and/or delivery of agreed solutions within budgeted hours.


Qualifications

Previous Work Experience Ideal candidate should have 3 plus years of cybersecurity experience in IT Information Technology, relating to Governance Risk Compliance, Security Assessment, Risk Management, Security Operation such as CSIRT. Following experience or knowledge in cybersecurity: Basic knowledge of common IT and security concepts including: Asset management, Engineering, Network, Software development, Vulnerability Testing and Assessment, access control and authentication. Drawing up the document to explain to internal and external customers based on Information gathering and analyzing. Participating in System operation and/or system implementation, application development. Developing relationships with internal and external customers in IT projects.One of following experience or knowledge in IT including cybersecurity at least: Creation and revision of Security policies, rules and/or procedures documentsDesign, deploy and operate security products and toolsVulnerability security diagnosis Network or WebInformation security or system auditingSecurity Operations Center creation or operations and monitoring The additional work experience and/or knowledge of are a plus: One of following experience or knowledge in cybersecurity at least: Strong cybersecurity experience with Knowledge of security architecture, infrastructure, network and systems design. Possess a working knowledge of IT security and various frameworks such as ISO, NIST, and PCI-DSS. Pre-sales or consulting activities with cybersecurity knowledge.One of following experience or knowledge in IT including cybersecurity at least: Vulnerability analysisAnalysis of the logs or packetUser education pertaining to information securityIncident responseMalware analysisSoftware development and programming experienceWeb application development experienceSecurity consulting for government agencies and financial industry experienceTroubleshooting software and hardware productsBusiness sales & pre-sales experiencePrevious consulting service experience Should hold one of the following certifications:Certified Information Systems Security Professional CISSPGlobal Industrial Cyber Security Professional GICSPCertified SCADA Security Architect CSSACertified Information Security Manager CISMCertified Information Systems Auditor CISACertified Ethical Hacker CEHGlobal Information Assurance Certification GIACProject Management Professional PMP Other critical skillsFluency in Japanese Japanese skills are required to communicating with local customers, sales, support, etc.Fluency in English English skills will be required to work with Intel internal systems and will be helpful obtaining information from foreign news websites, etc.Excellent communication skills often in negotiations and consultation with customers, and co-workers
