Human Resources Business Partner (Delivery & Support Services)

Job Description

Candidate will lead and manage the people management related agenda with our Delivery and Support Services (DSS) organization.  The global function is responsible for all  customer technical support programs, supply chain efforts, training and facilities for the company.  .

This HRBP leads the change management projects and manages the HR related internal and external communication.  The business partner identifies and prepares development plans for the key employees and high potential employees. The partner identifies employees ready for the promotion and rotates best talents across different functions in the organization.

The business partner is a member of the management team of the internal client. The partner actively supports discussions and transfers best practices from different functions in the organization. The partner takes over the leadership in the people management area and acts as the facilitator for the management team.

Main Responsibilities of HR Business Partner

  • Acts as a single point of the contact for the employees and managers for the organization or function.
  • Proactively supports the delivery of HR Processes at the client’s side
  • Manages complex and difficult HR Projects cross-functionally
  • Builds a strong business relationship with the internal client
  • Actively identifies gaps, proposes and implement changes necessary to cover risks
  • Recruits personally the key talents for the internal client
  • Facilitates the management team to bring best solutions for employees
  • Acts as the performance improvement driver and provokes positive changes in the people management
  • Designs and maintain organization vitality charts as the performance of the business unit improves
  • Designs succession plans for key talents and key job positions
  • Challenges the organizational structure of the internal client and proposes changes

Key Required Skills

  • BA Previous experience in Human Resources Management
  • Minimum of 8+ years HR Business partner role or in HR Functional role.

Competencies

Business acumen: Intel strategy, business and product groups. Strong understanding of Intel business and its business groups' main goals and challenges; experience and knowledge of how Intel operates globally.

HR and Legal acumen: Processes, systems, precedence and best practices. Assess issues in the context of an organization’s processes, structures and capabilities to develop holistic organization responses.

Business consulting skills: Solid design skills for both the organization and its talent. Ability to coach, mentor and advise where appropriate to help employees grow and develop in alignment with business and personal goals.

Analytical capabilities: Ability to see the interconnectedness and cycles of all that surrounds you as well as draw accurate conclusions from data and determine appropriate interventions to address business challenges.

Stake holder management skills: Excellent contracting and stakeholder management skills with an ability to collaborate across management levels. Experience working with senior management and Executive levels is an advantage.

Communication skills: Strong interpersonal communications skills, including influencing and ability to encourage evolution.

Leadership/Coaching skills: Strong proven leadership skills and experience in positioning executives to make thoughtful decisions about their organization's mission and goals, and properly allocate resources to achieve those directives. Valuable
