Qualifications
Description:Provides administrative support to the Technical Assistant/Chief of Staff to the CEO office and is a resource to the MCM Admin to the CEO. The successful candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Intel's corporate structure, company operations, policies and procedures and will be required to perform confidential administrative duties in order to assist the executive office EO. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Resolve routine and complex inquiriesSchedule and support meetings and complex travel itineraries for the TA and EOAssist with event schedules and projects such as the staff FTFs, exec syncs, and MCM Forums, etc. Draft/compose/proof correspondenceDevelop and maintain SharePoint and shared driveServe as an information resource/communication channel for policies and procedures and participate in Lead Admin StaffHelp manage room requests for the EO's dedicated conference roomsAssist the Executive Admin closely with a variety of tasks such as catering, purchase orders, storefront requests, office supply orders, etc.Assist in scheduling external meetings, working with the Executive Admin on conflict resolution, and working closely with the TA on event coordinationBack up support to the Executive Admin and EOQualifications:Candidate must have: Minimum of 7 years' experience at a senior level adminA positive attitude and demonstrate experience in problem solving, decision making, initiative and independent follow-upStrong organization/project management skills, along with the ability to manage a large quantity of diverse responsibilities while maintaining a high level of performance and composure Demonstrated ability to organize/prioritize tasks independently - must excel in multitasking environment and have the ability to work with rapidly changing prioritiesProven teamwork skills- Ability to build strong relationships within/outside department to effectively support the organizationStrong interpersonal and communication skills verbal and written and customer service orientationComfortable interacting with all levels of execs both internally and externally to Intel Ability to recognize potential issues in advance and proactively mitigate in creative waysSelf-starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision and direction comfortable with ambiguityAble to work in a fast paced and dynamic work environment with grace and professionalismAbility to manage sensitive and confidential information discretelyStrong proficiency in standard business software such as MS Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, SharePoint, Workday knowledge is also preferred
