Job Description
You will be working as part of Intel's Open Source Technology Centre OTC. OTC is home to the core of Intel's open source development efforts. We have a long track record of contributing to and sponsoring a wide variety of open source projects, from the Linux kernel to the visualization stack to large overarching projects like ClearLinux and Yocto. We are also Intel's leading organization for Chrome OS which includes Chrome OS drivers, integration, validation as well as Android integration and validation for Google Play on Chrome OS as well as quite a bit of new feature development in graphics and media. OTC is a leader in open source software with a mission to define and deliver product-quality open source software and technology innovation that unlocks the potential of Intel hardware and creates software business opportunities. Job Requirement: Hands on experience in setting up Continuous Integration framework Expertise in integration of CI tools like Jenkins, GIT, gerrit, buildbot or similar tools Experience in Build Release Management Development of automation test framework for pre and post commit testing in CI framework Understanding of Linux kernel concepts Linux kernel debugging, Code compilation issue debugging Experience in Branching strategy, Code Rebase

Qualifications

Candidate must possess a bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Communications or Electronics with a minimum of 8 years of experience.Join open source RTOS project Zephyr https://www.zephyrproject.org as a QA leader, your primary responsibilities will include, but not limited to-Create test plan and test strategy aligned with project milestone-Drive feature testability review, test coverage improvement, test case development and release-Drive test execution efficiency and test reporting-Lead bug triage, bug follow up and verification-Define and drive QA process to meet program needs-Deliver QA results and quality metrics to Zephyr programMust Have-3+ year experience as a development leader or test leader in embedded software project-Excellent programming skills with C language, shown in project experience-Excellent debugging skills on system or platform level software-Excellent knowledge base on operating system, device driver, and/or networking-Proved project experience on one of above domains, either development or test development-Familiar with embedded software development process or test process-Excellent written and verbal communication in English -Self-motivated and excellent learning capability
