F68 Dry Etch Process Engineering Manager

Job Description
Dry Etch Process Engineering Manager are responsible for transferring new product to production fabs, and directing the sustaining/improvement efforts for yield and equipment performance. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 1. Executing and aligning to transfer philosophy during and after the transfer process2. Identifying all tool differences between new processes and existing base lines and taking appropriate action 3. Complete all the documentation which are needed during process transfer. 4. Coordinating the setup for tool, recipe and related automation. 5. Coordinating with team to understand the detailed process knowledge, including process and tool characterization6. Coordinating and prioritizing transfer activity7. Disseminating process metrics reports8. Implement change to improve output, quality or cost reduction. 9. Reviewing SPC trends, reacting in time and taking proactive action.10. Work with Production and shift engineering to troubleshoot excursions issue.11. Defining the process margin with respect to upstream and downstream steps12. Characterizing the process response to parameters13. Optimizing existing process and reducing scrap and excursions14. Maintaining flexibility to be on call to address shift needs

Qualifications

1. Proven ability to communicate and present technical information effectively2. Proven ability to troubleshoot complex problems and address root cause 3. Demonstrated success in partnering with others4. Proven ability in multi-tasking complex projects 5. Demonstrated strong attention to detail and organizational skills6. Bachelor degree or above in an engineering related field or equivalent experience7. At least 7 years of semiconductor experience is required. 8. At least 2 years manager experience is preferred.
