Datacenter Sales – Global Cloud Supply Chain Manager

Job Description

This is a commissioned sales position. Responsible for managing the strategic direction for our ODMs/OEMs/ISVs in support of the cloud service providers csp's. Manages the daily business decisions including the assignment of key performance indicators, OxM readiness and integrating different company operations within the district.Key responsibilities for the position will include: Be part of team that owns the Cloud supply chain playbook, which includes but not limited to:-Identify top market opportunities for growth and develop a clear plan to exploit opportunities -Develop a comprehensive plan to articulate opportunity and strategy in clear and concise manner -Determine target usages for opportunities and ecosystem enabling plans to deliver usages -Create value proposition, product positioning and messaging for cloud service providers to differentiate solutions from competition and establish clear customer value -Understand and addresses market trends, customer needs, primary economic levers, and industry trends in order to build an OxM portfolio to fulfill demand from cloud service providers. -Identify top market opportunities for growth and develop a clear plan to exploit opportunities -Develop a comprehensive plan to articulate opportunity and strategy in clear and concise manner -Determine target usages for opportunities and ecosystem enabling plans to deliver usages -Lead the OxMs to execute strategies in support of Intel's data center products and solutions in alignment with CSP segment t-Directly responsible for revenue performance to plan, goal setting, and operations identifying ways to maximize revenue for the Cloud Service Provider P&L. -Ownership and accountability for the Salesforce pipeline that tracks the design win activity needed to put us on track to deliver to the long range revenue target and strategic account goals. -Work closely with DCG-CPG on product development and product management including customer research, product requirements, product development, product pricing, and product lifecycle management. -Manage budgets and resource allocation across the OxMs.


Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have minimum of 7 years of experience with a diverse background including: -Effective in developing and executing on strategies for growing the business and motivating and inspiring geographically disperse teams partnerships, demand generation, co-selling -10+ years direct global customer experience, working with OxMs/ISVs/CSPs.-Demonstrated ability to navigate a large corporate environment and collaborate to increase capabilities to provide customer centric solutions to our partners. -Proven Business and Financial acumen: understands the market segment, related industries and operational capabilities. Understands Intel's and Customer's business models and organization dynamics. -Led strategic initiatives or projects i.e.new business models implementation, etc -Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science. MBA degrees preferred, or equivalent experience and established skill set.
