Industrial Market Manager

Job Description
As Industrial Market Manager you will have a major role in executing the Programmable Solutions Group's (PSG) strategy to grow the FPGA business in the industrial IoT market. You will communicate the Intel FPGA value proposition for key industrial applications such as embedded vision, automation and control. By working closely with Intel's business and technology groups and by engaging deeply with key partners, you will be instrumental in delivering Intel solutions that drive Intel's virtuous cycle of growth in the industrial market. Responsibilities:Ensure highest visibility for FPGA value proposition in target segments and ensure that our solutions are "top of mind" with customers and strategic partnersPartner across Intel groups to communicate differentiated "One-Intel" solution in target segmentsStrongly support field teams to secure customer commitments and design winsEvangelize value propositions and solutions to customers, field sales and distribution partnersCreate and manage compelling collateral including customer presentations, product positioning, training material, webinarsSupport industrial strategic marketing and system architectWork closely with product marketing for new product launch and positioningEducate peers and train field on target applications and FPGA use casesOwn resolution of critical customer issues by escalating them to cross-functional teams and influencing resource prioritization Ensure successful management of existing partner relations and build long-term strategic relationships with key end customers Stay on top of all the latest trends that impact the business decisions in those arenas, and share those perspectives with the rest of the organization


Qualifications

BSEE or equivalent with 2-4 years of experience, or MSEE with 1-3 years of experienceVery good understanding of FPGA technologiesBe comfortable presenting the value of PSG's solutions to customer design groups, as well as one on one discussionsStrong engineer-to-engineer communication skillsPassion for industrial applications and how FPGAs may enable themThrive in fast-paced, dynamic environmentDemonstrated sense of urgency and ability to closeArticulate speaker, active listener, polished presenterExcellent cross-functional communication skills to span organizations and continentsSelf-starter who thrives both independently and in team environments
