Responsible for the integrity, architecture and administration of the Corporate Liability Insurance programs and its accompanying administration. Duties include: identification and assessment of risks, evaluation of coverage alternatives, analysis of insurance markets and trends including benchmarking, recommending solutions and implementing approved programs, negotiation of insurance placements and respective supplier management, promoting loss prevention, providing support and education to the organization, review of insurance terms and conditions in supplier contracts, updating and monitoring compliance with insurance procedures, oversight on claims and loss control activities, ownership and contribution to Risk & Insurance projects, management of relationships with third party service providers including brokers, insurers and other individuals and groups linked to liability risk management.

The candidate should have a BA with 6+ years or an MBA with 4+ years of relevant experience. Previous risk and insurance experience needed to serve as technical resource in respective field. ARM, CPCU or similar qualifications are desired. Ability to assess, analyze complex insurance /risk problems including loss modeling, knowledge of insurance language, underwriting and claims process. Critical skills are business partnership, problem solving, project management, influence, financial analysis, and strong communication. In addition, the successful candidate must be comfortable working independently, have a high tolerance for ambiguity, and a demonstrated ability to create and manage a strong worldwide network.
