This is a contract recruitment role, supporting Asia Pacific hiring activities for Intel. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the recruiting team on the full life cycle of experienced hire which includes recruiting co-ordination, sourcing, hiring campaigns planning implementation and reporting activities. The successful candidate is a highly energetic recruiting professional with 'hands on' recruiting/sourcing experience. At the end of your contract, you will walk away with the secrets to being the best candidate for your next job. Recruiting must be your passion. Role/Responsibilities: - Source candidates through industry networking, internet, social networks, referrals, database search, university relations etc - Conduct Research, Sourcing, Interviewing, Negotiation and Closing of qualified candidates - Pipelining of highly in demand niche skillsets to generate leads - Coordinate and execution of recruitment events campaigns - Improve the customer experience with customers broadly defined as candidates, new hires, hiring managers - Support in Talent Marketing activities such as employee referral program social media branding activities
