HR Mergers & Acquisitions Consultant

Job Description

Are you passionate about bringing value through the entire MA and restructuring lifecycle, from pre due-diligence through transaction planning and integration/divestiture/restructuring execution? The HR MA analyst will join the HR MA team supporting the business in a fast-paced MA environment, managing complex interdependencies against accelerated timelines. You will be utilizing your experience throughout the life cycle of integrations and divestitures in various HR activities. This role will require some travel (about 25%). * Owns the creation of HR MA status reports, consolidating input from team leads, and reporting out to Integration Leads * Supports the HR MA leads in executing against their deliverables as needed. * Drives the issue, risk, action, and interdependency management processes, monitoring progress and following up as needed. Helps identify which activities require escalation and informs HR MA lead; supports the development of impact analyses and contingency plans * Responsible for organizing and helping to facilitate MA Face to Face meetings during planning sessions * Tracks MA deal resources and budget and reports to HR MA lead


Qualifications

* Exceptional analytic and critical thinking skills* Experience in MA and Familiarity with all phases of MA deal life cycle.·* Exceptional written and oral communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate and establish credibility with all levels of the organization, including Senior Management, Team Leads, and team members * Proven ability to meet deadlines; critical to move at fast pace in MA environment * Ability to develop preliminary interpretations of findings and to recommend suggested actions based on the findings * Independent, self-starter attitude with the ability to complete projects with limited supervision or direction * Exceptional organizational skills with ability to handle multiple priorities and adapt to change * Collaborative working style, ability to develop / sustain productive work relationships with key stakeholders across all areas and levels of the organization
