Software Engineering Undergraduate Intern – Fall 2016/Spring 2017

Job Description

Intel's Assembly and Test Technology Development (ATTD) Automation organization hires talented software engineers to create, develop, test, and support factory automation systems that enable Intel to manufacture leading edge semiconductors. As a Software Intern within ATTD Automation, you will partner with other software engineers on development and validation of quality, reliable software systems.Responsibilities include but not limited to: -Enabling automated software testing -Executing regression test cases -Tracking metrics migration to standard tracking system-Enabling dashboard displays-Writing test scripts The ideal candidate needs to have passion for technology and software, and communication and teamwork skills.


Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your school work/classes/research and/or relevant previous job and/or internship experiences. Minimum Requirements: - The candidate must be pursuing a BS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related discipline.- 6+ months of experience working with foundation in computer science principles.- 6+ months of experience working with multiple programming languages.- The candidate must have legal right to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
