IT Application Developer

Job Description
Job Description: Develops, implements, and maintains computer-based systems to meet business requirements. Application Developers analyze, design, construct, train, and implement application systems. Activities include documenting decisions, adhering to standards and communicating with business groups. Other responsibilities may include providing standards/guidelines for development, responding to customer/client requests or events as they occur, and developing solutions to problems utilizing formal education and judgment. In this position, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Providing 3rd level production support and code development for HR for HR Compensate application (e.g. Payroll, Benefits and Stock) and Business Intelligence Reporting such as Microsoft SQL server, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and SAP Business Objects (BobJ) Involving in project, developing new and implementing modifications to existing applications to support continuous improvements and preventative Role model technical leadership which include but not limited to technically coach and lead developers in enabling new HR capability, HRC core architecture integrations and Workday Integrations. Leading solution towards meeting Intel latest development framework (5 Star) and security framework. Key player in HRC global project, developing new and implementing changes to existing solutions via Agile/Dev Ops delivery team model. Providing guidance to 3rd level production support and code development for Human Resource Compensate applications, Enterprise Learning applications, Business Intelligence Reporting such as Microsoft SQL server, and SAP Business Objects (BobJ)... etc. Leading to make full compliance with Intel information security and privacy policies, ensure all data, application, integration and system are secure and compliance with data classification requirement. Able to identify, remediate Checkmarx vulnerability and security threat. Role model Possibility Thinking Culture, drive architecture and technology innovation to deliver business value to the organization. Involvement/contribution into technical innovation is key which involve IDF submission, innovation reality submission, SWPC... etc. Leading Proof of Concept on ideation to reality. Analyzing problems, finding the root cause and drive to resolution through applying failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) Result Oriented, able to deliver per deadlines and understand impact of their work on overall project schedule Performing complex development and/or programming for application enhancement and/or to meet project deliveries.


Qualifications

You should possess at least a minimum of Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related fields. As well as minimum 6 years of working experience on Core working experience on Software developments. Understand the concept of Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and technology (e.g. Denodo Web Service), enable reuse and standardization of process and technology. Familiar with Mulesoft Any point technology and ESB, build point-to-point integration for SaaS, able to packaged integration applications to automate business processes across applications Knowledge in Workday Studio and Workday Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), able to build integrations to/from Workday applications, define Workday-based inbound and outbound will be a plus. Knowledge in ASP.NET, SQL server, SQL Stored Prod Development, HTML5, JavaScript, Angular JS, XML, Encryption technology, user interface development, Business Intelligence, SQL Query* and XML*.Familiar with Extract, Transform and Load (ETL) in data warehouse with strong analytical skills is mandatory. Advanced skills in SAAS, Mobile Development would be added advantage Ability to communicate well verbally and via written documentation to interact with users, business stakeholder and senior management (Discuss with data, applications, requirements, development, testing and maintenance Strong interpersonal, analytical, communication and ability to work in a teamwork Strong business acumen, analysis and critical thinking skills Strong in system analysis, software design or applications development Ability to produce clear, concise, intelligible technical documentation, which will facilitate long-term support of each application Problem solvers skills with the ability to methodically analyze and resolve architecture and development challenges Excellent stakeholder management skills and influencing skills to enable transformation.
