14+ or M.S. + 12+ years of relevant pre-silicon verification experience. Should have prior experience in architecting verification environments -- start-to-end starting from scratch using the design specifications. Should be able to mentor and direct the work of other technical contributors on the project.Should have demonstrable expertise in Verification Methodologies, Reference Modelling or Verification Architecture. Should have provable innovation accomplishments like technical publications etc. Desired:Domain expert in SoC or Networking.Candidate should have: i) Understanding of the full development/release lifecycle and developing detailed technical plans for ASIC verification starting from design specs. ii) Experience in building successful and high performing ASIC design teams across multiple geographies. Experience in hiring, developing and retaining the best talent. iii) Ability to adapt and promote overall direction to reflect changes within the company or industry. iv ) Strong ASIC verification skills, Verilog, UVM, System Verilog. v) Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to articulate the problem and solution across various product teams and evangelize best practices.
