Responsibilities may include: • Development, integration, optimization, coordination, communication and driving execution of production planning schedules, forecasts capacity requirements, as well as business and inventory strategies to meet business and customer requirements in collaboration with cross organizational supply chain stakeholders. • Adhere to daily and weekly benchmarks, understand build plan cycle and commitments, and build up strong working relationships with all business partners. • Conduct scenario planning for products, processes, and inventory strategies when necessary. • Influence and recommend issue resolution strategies in supply chain areas using data driven decision making across appropriate key stakeholder and management levels. • Drive continuous process/project improvements.The ideal candidate should exhibit the following behavioral traits: • Problem solving skills. • Business acumen with tolerance of ambiguity in a fluid and fast paced environment. • Ability to work within a team environment with effective communications skills. • Ability to work independently and drive resolutions with people across different organizational levels. • Take initiative to solve problems.

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.Minimum Qualifications: · Must possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field. · Minimum of 6 months experience with data analysis. · Minimum of 6 months experience with MS Office, especially MS Excel. · Must have the unrestricted right to work in the US without requiring sponsorship.Preferred Qualifications: · Demonstrated project management skillset. · Background in manufacturing, planning or materials.
