Money matters. Your job is to make sure newly acquired employees have the right CB packages in support of the deal strategy to enable the business success. The HR MA Compensation and Benefits (CB) Lead is responsible for managing all compensation and benefits activities for acquisitions and divestitures, from due diligence to full integration. Some of the things that you'll be doing: job mapping and grade leveling, workforce analysis, retention models, side-by-side benefits comparison and business consultations. You'll be collaborating with global compensation consulting, planning and design teams to construct a compensation package that aligns to Intel's compensation philosophy and supports the value drivers of the deal. This role will require some travel (about 25%). Responsibilities: * Analytic and financial review of the total cost of human capital associated with a target company * Build and manage financial models (burden rate analysis, total rewards quantification, compensation planning, etc) * Draft and delivery of CB due diligence reports * Conduct side-by-side review of target company's employee population related data, policies, etc. during due diligence to identify any gaps and make recommendations * Work with the business unit on executive compensation, employee grade leveling and compensation packages. * Design and deliver Total Compensation presentation and individual compensation packages. * Develop compensation, benefits and equity proposal in support of the acquisition strategy * Lead discussions with Organizational Effectiveness, BU Heads, and Target to complete job level mapping and transition employees onto Intel job architecture as part of integration * Analyze target company data to identify key HR-related financial exposures in a due diligence context, including those related to compensation and benefits plans * Manage target employee data and prepare for data-entry to Intel's system of record * Partner with the HR MA Deal lead, Project Manager, Transition lead and extended HR partners on addressing integration issues (e.g., immigration, relocation, payroll readiness, hire day logistics and stock option plans) to ensure a smooth transition for the acquired employees.
